The Spring festival was in town and LizzieB the sentient plumbot was enjoying a day away from the home learning to be more human.
Grace wanted to teach Mark to drive so night lessons was the way it went. Mark did get his drivers license.
Soon it was David’s birthday and Grace threw a birthday party for him. It party went well and David became a handsome young adult. However, he will not be the heir.
The entire family attended Mark’s graduation which was larger than Anne’s graduation. Mark ended up voted valedictorian and most popular.
After graduation, Grace took Marion to learn to drive. She might not have caught on as fast as Mark, but she did eventually get good enough to get her license so now all the teens in the house can drive. Through they tend to use broomsticks.
Grace continues to get paid for doing celebrity promotions as she’s not selling much of her elixirs any more. Grace also works out for on her agent’s recommendations so she keeps busy.
Mercedes spends her free time painting. She’s taken up a hobby through she’s not quite as artistically inclined as her siblings. Anne finished her painting of David, while David had finished a painting of her.
David went to hang out with his girlfriend Eva, but turns out Eva is still a teen so it was a bit awkward. Though she did age up a few later, but was unable to hang out with David. David ended up moving out. Through he did let the family know that he and Eva did end up getting married and moving in together later.
Mark had Niki West-Marks over and found out that they had compatible signs and he even got his first kiss. At the end of the day, he had a girlfriend as well. Through, his cousin Samir is a little upset with him about it.
The last of Grace and Lyndsey’s children were becoming a teenager. Kristen had her birthday. She is lovely and truly favors Lyndsey in looks.
Grace has another promotion for the diner and makes a new friend in Picard. She also catches up with her friend Audrey Shears. After which she meets up with her twin sister for a witches’ duel. Grace wins easily.
Mercedes and Marion became friends and then enjoyed several pillow fights. It’s nice that the sisters wanted to become friends.
Lyndsey has a new favorite child in Kristen. The two have been hanging out and Lyndsey taught Kristen to drive so now all of the teens can drive. She’s also been helping Kristen with homework. Lyndsey’s had to find activities to do since she only works one day a week.
Marion also wanted her first kiss and Hanson Capp-Nest finally came over. She ended up asking him to be her boyfriend and if he’d go to prom with her. He said yes to both since he was currently single.
Then the twins Mark and Marion went though a moody patch and both had to changer their hair. Mark got a new haircut while Marion received red highlights.
Mercedes finished another painting and this one is cute and prefect for the heir’s home since it’s a library study so it’s kept in the house.
Marion tried to make friends with Kristen but she’s in a grumpy mood for now. Mercedes took the short cut to become friends when she saw how grumpy her youngest sister is, with a an elixir of friendship.
Prom night arrived and all of the teens attended. Kristen and Mercedes attended by themselves. Niki had asked Mark to go with her so he met her at the prom and of course Marion and Hanson went together. Mark convinced everyone to vote him Prom king and Niki and him where cutest couple. Marion and Hanson where the best dancers and Hanson was very attentive to her. Mercedes did get prom queen, but was reject for dances and was in a fight. Kristen did come out of it with a romantic interest in Londan and loved the decorations. All of the kids enjoyed a late snack of egg rolls when they got home before bed.
Mercedes did finally try out her magics. Really these teens are not quite as interested in their magic as the rest of the family had been.
Mercedes also wanted to try out some elixirs her mother had made so she threw a few of them. This one reset Audrey’s age so he’s not quite so older than Mercedes as he’s the only guy she likes to talk to.
It was Mercedes’ birthday. She had lots of people show up to her birthday. Mercedes will be the heir of the Smith family.
Anne finally makes a choice of her own in all of her male friends and she ends up with Roscoe Supine as her boyfriend.
The whole family turns out for Mercedes’s graduation. She was not valedictorian like her siblings, but was vote most popular. She’s at least the friendliest of her classmates.
Marion and Kristen have taken to doing homework together. Marion has found this is easier than just talking with Kristen to become her friend.
Anne had finished the portrait for Mercedes, so ended up proposing to Roscoe. They were quickly engaged and then had a private wedding ceremony. Anne moved in with Roscoe who was currently still living at home with his mom and sister.
Mercedes finally got Audrey to meet with her at the bar for a date. And she moved quickly with him with a kiss and asked him to be her boyfriend. He had to leave his current girlfriend first but agreed to and so became Mercedes’ boyfriend.
In the end Audrey asked if Mercedes would move in with him. She said yes, but he ended up moving in with her family instead of his ex-girlfriend at his home. While Audrey moved his things, and then ran off to work, Mercedes finished the book that she was asked to write for her friend.
It turns out that Niki and Hanson had graduated with Mercedes and hadn’t gotten jobs yet. Both agreed to move with the family to be with their boyfriend and girlfriend to the new town that the Smiths are moving too.
So with everything packed and all of the family ready, the Smith’s move to Sunlit Tides. It will be island living for the author Mercedes Smith and family. They moved into a lovely home there.
